Balancing a Love of Literature — and the Law
The AP classes I took taught me how to survive under pressure, opened my eyes to the world, uncovered my talents, and changed how I moved forward. As a future lawyer, I planned to major in Political Science, but my AP English Language teacher inspired me to focus on English literature in college. And because of all my AP credits, I was able to dive straight into my major within my first year. Now, I have a leg up over other students in my class, time every day to enjoy a book, and wiggle room with my classes so I can still take pre-law courses. I have the flexibility to focus on what matters to me!
